Along the way, he completed degrees in both Accounting and Law — not as a career change, but because he kept seeing clients get referred to lawyers and accountants who didn't fully understand the property context behind their questions.
The answer was to bring that expertise in-house. Every client at William Properties works directly with William, and every conversation — whether it's about buying, selling, leasing, managing or investing — draws on that legal and accounting background.
